Hi all,

Kindly suggest me how to measure a resistance in aluminium coated sheet. I have a sheet with size of 100X100 mm. I need to measure a resistance in sq.cm or sq.inch. Normally am using a four wire kelvin probe method to measure a resistance. But for this application also most of online data are using four wire method.I am not clear about to measure and how to arrange the probes(E+,S+,S-,E-). Pls give your suggestions..
