Hi,
I'm planning to control more relay using decoding technique by the use of micro-controller. Talking to relay we may pick normal 12V, 40mA relay.
I'd no problem upto 5 relay. If increased more emf or back emf or any other things reflect back to controller if ground connected same.

For each relay, you will need to use the capacitor-diode-resistor snubber network for each relay coils individually. I do not see any problem if you connect the grounds together (look out for ground loops).

Hi,

It's quite usual that the relay coils (supply) use the same GND as the microcontroller.
Add a diode to prevent from high kick back voltage.
And use a ground plane.
Additionally use fast ceramics and high value bulk capacitors at each power supply.

Hi,

Thanks for your suggestion. I'm using 128 solenoids from dis-assembled relay.
