Dear all,

I am using a USB HUB controller and I would like to add a ESD protection to it.

I found this product in local market and is it possible to use it or not?

product is NUP2105LT1G

in datasheet, example is for CANBUS.

Thanks

Thanks
Best Regards.

The device is not at all suited for USB protection. Wrong voltage, probably too high capacitance. There are so many dedicated USB protection devices, just browse the selection guides of major manufacturers or catalog distributors.

I found two device in local market. One is SMAJ6.0 and other one is TPD2E1B06. Which one do you suggest me?
Thanks

TPD2E1B06 can be used, I would prefer unipolar suppression diodes like IP4220CZ6.
