Altium Desiger -- how to create a custom rule to enforce a minimum text height?

Dear All,

I would like to create a custom DRC rule to flag up any silkscreen strings (random strings and component designator text strings) which have a height value less than a certain number. I can't see how to do this. Is this possible and if so where would such a rule, once created, appear in the hierarchy of the PCB Rules and Constraints Editor?
