clcok generator for producibg four nonoverlap clock

Hi everyone
I want to design clock generator so that create four different non overlap clocks at 1Ghz for my circuit
I have attched the four clock that I need
I found a paper regarding four non overlap clock generator and I ma trying to design it
but the problem is I do not know how to size my transistor to design nand or not gate also D flipflop ?

could you use a 2 bit counter? if count==00, enable clk1. if count==01, enable clk2, and so on. it works for simulation, but I would be very worried about actually putting it on a chip.
