Smps componets failures (tny,capacitor,resistor)

Hi Everyone,

Have a great day.

I am using a SMPS WITH min voltage of 110 V nominal voltage 230 V and Max voltage 265V.

This SMPS having failure of TNY CAPACITOR AND RESISTOR. The Sch is attached with this ( RED marked components are failing continuously ).

Pls help me to resolve this issue.
