How to terminat microstrip with 50 ohm at 60 GHz

hi all ,
i am working in a structure at 60 GHz, and i am asking How to terminate or make a termination with 50 ohm at 60GHz. so , i can use it in microstrip technology.

thanks in advance,

Re: How to terminat microstrip with 50 ohm at 60 GHz

Hi,

The easy way is to use a chip termination such as this one: https://www.barryind.com/chip_terminations.html

The other way is to use a 1/4 wavelength transformer with a capacitor as load, however it will be very Narrow-band and will be limited by your PCB structure and properties.

Roman

Thank you Roman for your answer, also i found new product on https://www.barryind.com/
Barry Introduces DC-60GHz Chip Termination with >18.5dB RL for Ultra-Broadband Application

but i am not sure about the prices , so it may be very expensive.
