Hi,

I have a setup for measuring the EVM for 3GPP WCDMA data, as shown below

The question is I want to replace the test signal from a signal obtained in virtuoso (let's say I have the .csv file for the signal). Could you please tell me how to import that and make it work on ADS?

Thanks!

I don't know what you want mean by virtuoso and what data you mean by ".csv" at all.

However I assume thay you have two asciil data files, Idata.csv and Qdata.csv with time as independent variable.

Use https://edadocs.software.keysight.com/display/ads2009U1/TimedDataRead

You can modify Idata.csv and Qdata.csv to TIM Format.
Idata.csv -> Idata.tim
Qdata.csv -> Qdata.tim

You can use Complex number data in TIM Format.
So you don't have create two TIM files.
Just one file IQdata.tim

BTW, do you understand a meaning of arrow's color in Keysight-Ptolemy ?
And do you understand concept of SDF and TSDF in Keysight-Ptolemy ?
