How to simulate rating parameters of mosfets in TSMC65?

For MOSFET in TSMC65 how would you measure/simulate rating parameters such as voltage breakdown,...
I know that I can read it from PDK but I would like to measure it in spectre.
 

Many PDKs still fail to model accurately any breakdown
behavior, depending on rules (ERC, or design manual)
or flags (SOA, IMAX, or breakdown warnings) to keep
the designer on the path.

Garbage in, garbage out - as true today as when it was
punchcards and fanfold paper.
