Hello sir , i need a little guidance in the pcb feild , i am planning to open a pcb manufacturing facility so What machinanery will be required to set up pcb facility for printing single, double , multi layer pcbs & what will be approx cost for setting such facility?

Hi sir, we're Chinese manufacturer of CNC PCB drilling and routing machines. There are many machines in need on PCB production Line.

I don't know how high the cost would be, but it's not something cheap.

Manufacturing 1 or 2 layer PCBs is not so difficult, I did it at home indeed. But manufacturing multiple layer PCB is a more complicated work with very expensive machines.

For 1 and 2 layer PCB manufacturing you will need basically this things:

Screen printing station --> where PCB layers are silk printed over the copper board
UV light station --> Where UV ray sensitive materials used in the previous station sets.
Acid etching station --> Where PCBs ready for etching are deposited and left until exposed copper reacts and is released from the board.
Drilling station--> CNC drilling machines will drill every hole in the PCB.
Cleaning station --> Acid and UV sensitive material is removed from the PCB, to get the desired board with copper tracks.
Screen printing station --> silk printing the solder mask (protect copper from oxigen, prevents oxidation)
Plating station --> stainless metal plating to protect pads from oxidation
Silkscreen (component names, etc) printing station -> silk printing texts, generally with white UV sensitive ink. It will be then sent again to UV station to set.

That's what you need, it's a simple process but it takes time and many phases.

Hope being useful.
