There is a following section in the /assura/fill.rsf file of Cadence gpdk045.
outFile( "DFII" "LibraryName" "./" backward

What parameters should be specified? Does it need a GDSII input file with MetalX-fill, what is LibraryName and ./ and what is backward means?

If I move the assuraMetalFill.rul file and fill.rsf file to a new directory located in work directory... will the fill script work? If input GDSII file is required where it should be located?

Nobody knows the answer?

Perhaps reading the help file would work.

If your query is urgent, the best place to contact is the software authors, they are the ones you paid to help you when you bought the software and license.
