S to RLGC in ADS (S2RLGC in MATLAb)

S to RLGC in ADS (S2RLGC in MATLAb)

I have S-parametrs(S11,S12,S21,S22) for line in my topology - calculated in ADS "momentum",
how I can get out of them "RLGC line parameters" in ADS ?
(in MATLAB - "S2RLGC" function)

ADS have:

schematic->tools->spice model Generator-> Narrow Band Generator -> ***.S2P to Lumped PI-network model

generate file in spice

good, cool.. in my case too simple.. since no frequency dependent parameters.. and at high frequencies(500 MHz) is not "true" model

Cadence Sigrity says that for frequencies from 400 MHz to 500 MHz capacity in RLGC model begins to rise and increases to 120pF (0.png and 3.png)
but this is not visible on the S-parameters (1.png and 2.png) in Sigrity
S-parametrs in Sigrity and in ADS are similar (1.png and 4.png)
I can calculate the impedance line knowing the load (Port2) through S11
but the 5.png does not look like the graph of Sigrity 3.png
I would like to find out capacity from RLGC model in ADS
because the experiment, shows that from 400MHz something goes wrong
