I want to calculate a simple CS amplifier flicker noise. The parameters for flicker noise calculation are Cox, W , L , freq and Kf. Other flicker noise constant Kf , i had remaining values. What is the value fot Kf ?

You have to find it in process documentation.
There are two (in fact three) basic models - Hoodge, McWorther and third is a mix of them. For modern technologies a number of "different" low frequency noise are also important and modeling them are a bit more complicated (but possible and done - You can check number of papers from solid state electronics or electron device society journals).
