Hi,

i would like to measure voltage level few tousends volt,
- i thought to use opamp because of its high internal R but i am not sure about it. Can an opamp stand that high voltage? is it how people measure high voltage?

- Do you know any IC or any circuit to measure dVce/dt and dic/dt?

thanks for helps.

Best regards

Oscilloscope with suitable voltage rated probe and sample and hold feature on scope.

hi,
thanks for the answer , i would like to measure it and get results with fpga.

dividing down high voltages (with edges) is a tricky business best left to RF power engineers with a good knowledge of what is needed (caps across resistors and correction circuits)...
