HFSS V15 LINUX libXext.so.6: undefined symbol: _XGetRequest problem

hi guys. when i install hfss, everything goes well but libXext.so.6: undefined symbol: _XGetRequest problem. its like:
Running first-time configuration...
- Verifying all software dependencies are available: Done

- Retrieving user settings... Done
- Applying user settings... Done
- Configuring OCX files... Done
- Retrieving machine settings... Done
- Applying machine settings... Done
- Configuring binaries... Done
First-time configuration completed successfully.
/opt/EDA/AnsysEM/HFSS15/hfss15.0/Linux/hfss.exe: symbol lookup error: /usr/lib/libXext.so.6: undefined symbol: _XGetRequest

my system is redhat 6.4. i double check /usr/lib/libXext.so.6 and the system do has libXext.so.6. i dont know. i trid to softlink /usr/lib64/libXext.so.6 to /usr/lib/libXext.so.6 and it dont work. is there any one who knows what is going on there? pls enlight me. thanks in advance!
