Problems with using Hspice 2003.09 in RedHat FC3

I install Hspice-2003.09 in redhat FC3.

But when I select hspiceS simulator in cadence Artist analog, the hspice also check the other three

license of cdsaawaves, psf and sda. There are no features for the three items in the license file.

How can I do? I am confused.
