This is an academic project. The cadence software provided to us has only 180nm technology.
is it possible to implement these circuits in it by giving body voltage. what voltage do you suggest for the circuits. Please do reply.
A series voltage source between gate and the driving
signal would suffice for a simple "different VT". But of
course VT is not the only thing that changes across
technology nodes.
For an academic project you could copy a set of MOS transistors (NMOS & PMOS) to a different name, and change their VTs to your needs
- if you know where to do that.
