I have tried lot of debugging in code but still not getting result. The output (product and money change) is not changing from its initial state(zero).
You're going to need to provide A LOT more info. Posting your code is always a good start and we'll need a detailed description of the setup you're working with.

Possibly some HDL code?
Why do you make the assumption that someone here is sitting here with of working model of the 'snack vending machine'?
