Resistor thermal noise

My question is simple.
Calculates the thermal noise of the resistor R9 to the overall noise amplifier?
If yes, how else to prevent oscillation second amplifier when theis not used?

R9 noise is shorted by U2 when the switch is closed -> noise contribution irrelevant.
