Hi all,
I need to sense currents in a 600V, 800A inverter.
which is better solution?
CT or a series resistor along with isoamplifier?

considering all feature of each solution as cost, saturation, reliability etc.

Thanks

Also consider a hall sensor. At 800A you may find you can mount it near your wiring at some strategic angle or position, with no need to disconnect existing wires.

I do not think an 800+ amp resistor is reasonable. But a current transformer or current transformer with a hall sensor is a good solution.
