Hi,
In ARM microcontroller in the case of memory mapping, there is one memory is addressing from 0x00000000 to 0xFFFFFFFF inside this SRAM, EEPROM, Flash Memory all are inbuilt. That means one memory is using as SRAM, EEPROM, and Flash memory or different memory serialy mapped as.We know that RAM, EPROM, Flash memory is different and also make by different materials, then how can it is resides in one memory. It has also different speed, and properties.

Hi, see the below figure and clear my doubt it is using one memory for both RAM, EEPROM, and Flash memory or different memory with hierarchy addressed. Memory mapping.png

It doesn't matter what properties it have. Just common memory space are used. ARM is much more complicated than AVR or PIC. Even using ASM you cann't predict how much cycles this function will takes in a reality.

Those are just memory addresses. This doesn't mean that different kind of memories are physically the same.
