Hello,

I've just discovered an interesting IC (**broken link removed**) manufactured by Micrel.

It's full-bridge Mosfet driver with some great features: adaptive dead time control and shoot-through protection.

I really want to use it to drive my sine wave inverter Mosfet full-bridge but it comes in a very small package (16-Pin 4mm x 4mm QFN) which I'm unable to use.

Does anyone know about some equivalent IC coming in DIP package (or any other thru-hole variant)?

Is there any other simple method to implement such a features?
