Dear all,

I am using Qorvo's TGA2590-CP in one of my designs and seems like device doesn't want to bias up, it goes straight into oscillations, has any body used this device and had the similar experience and can they please let me know what did they have to do in order to stop the oscillation?

thanks in advance.

Oscillations occur generally on wrong layouts or poor designed GND connections.
Some loads and sources may it oscillate but the main reason is GND connections or unwanted magnetic/electrical couplings.

For a single-package multi-stage power amplifier with 35dB gain at 12GHz, would be a real challenge to make a stable design.
First step is to follow up exactly the PCB recommendations of Triquint.
