This is the circuit diagram from Hardware Design of Quectel M10, I am unable to find the connector mentioned here, in other places like Arduino GSM shield's schematic, another audio connector is mentioned 17-TW-746, and that too cannot be found anywhere. Can anyone help me in finding these connectors.

why do you need the same connector. As I see you may use any audio jack with 3 contacts.
 

Looks like a standard 3.5 mm headphone "tip and ring" jack.
