Hi i am reading a paper "+ 1V high frequency four quadrant current multiplier"
It operates in triode region and i know the eqn for triode region is Id= K [(Vgs-Vt)Vds - (vds^2)/2]
Mp and Mn are in triode and Mc is in saturation..
i am able to understand that Vds in the paper is (Vin +VDD) and Vt is Vtp. But for Vgs why is it 2VDD and why not just VDD??? can anyone kindly explain!!! Thank you!!!
