levelshifter for sd card using SN74LVC2T45DCTT

I have built a levelshifter for micro-sd card using SN74LVC2T45DCTT. It works on the short term but I would like a point of view on the long term because after some hours of activity one of the two levelshifter exploded.
The signals MOSI, MISO,CLK and CS are connected to an ATMEGA644 working at 5V. I attach the schematic
