Fancy a job at a multiple award-winning and fast growing Danish tech startup? With a fresh venture investment and a new office in San Francisco the tech startup Rokoko is looking to expand and build the perfect team for the development of their sensor-based motion capture suit, Salto.
As a vital part of the core team Rokoko is looking for a skilled, ambitious firmware engineer.

Who you are
The candidate will be responsible for development of firmware and hardware for a sensor-based motion capture system. The ideal candidate is a Electrical Engineer or equivalent, which strives after creating state-of-the-art firmware and hardware in collaboration with the rest of the R&D team.

What you’ll do
  • Defining, developing and testing firmware
  • Debugging and troubleshooting issues
  • Creating and maintaining documentation
  • Developing test software
  • Designing and prototyping hardware with ECAD software
  • Sourcing and testing electrical components

Requirements
  • Willing to reside in Denmark.
  • MS, or PhD degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Strong proficiency in C/C++ and assembly
  • Experience with applied numerical mathematics
  • Experience with communication peripherals such as I2C, SPI, and especially USART.
  • Experience with ARM Cortex-M microcontrollers
  • Experience with PCB prototyping and design in ECAD software such as Altium, PADS or OrCAD
  • Experience with version control and technical documentation
  • Knowledge of MEMS sensors such as Gyroscopes, Accelerometers and Magnetometers
  • Knowledge of RF protocols (WiFi, BLE)
