Hi ,
I would like to pass/stop 20V (2MHz)switching signal using 5V in cadence. as shown below. highvolcontrol.png
is it possible

Yes, you can do it utilizing Mosfet as a switch, You didn't provide the power figure of your signal so i am not able to suggest you the exact mosfet model number.

5V control is selectable: it should enable one path at time if we select 5V and other when 0V is applied or any other scheme can be suggested. thanks

High voltage 20V, path control using 5V

Hi,
I would like to pass/stop 20V signal using 5V control , in cadence like transmission gate . as shown below.
5V control is selectable: it should enable one path at time if we select 5V and other when 0V is applied or any other scheme if suggested i would be thankful.
