Dear, Sir/Mam
I have knowledge in 8051,PIC.
I wants to manufacture an outdoor display board using microcontroller which can support image, text, and also video.
So, help me for manufacturing process.

Any other requirements? Resolution? Color range? Brightness? Size? Interface type?
Starting from WS2811 array + FPGA and ending on MAX7219 8x8 matrix for monocolor solution controlled by SPI.

I like to interface usb/rs232/ps2 and wants any resolution and any size so, 1st give idea

Assuming that you are actually looking for projects on which you can make adaptations to create your own according to your specifications, the most recommended action is to make a search in the extense history of this forum and download something, most likely in the DIY section.

To display video, LED boards must be driven with multiple data channels at many MBit/s speed. A 8051 processor can't serve a purpose inside the fast signal chain, at best perform some configuration work or prepare text for display.

I suggest to get an idea about existing LED board products first by visiting the web sites of respective vendors, mostly Chinese companies.

By the way, if you calculate the per LED price of LED modules available on the market, you might come to the conclusion that it's useless to try making anything on your own. A full size video board will be quite expensive nevertheless.
