Hi,
I tried to simulate a CPW resonator with HFSS 13 but I get this error message"Port refinement, process hf3d error: Port P1 does not have a solved inside material on either side"

So can someone help me to overcome this problem

tnx in advanceView attachment CPW resonator.zip

You must have port P1 on a conductor face. You need to have some material that's not a conductor touching the face of the port (as well as a number of conductors, if that's what you want).
