Can a 20Ah battery charger charge A higher Ah battery? What are its effects?

If the charger sets the limit at 20AH, the larger battery will just take longer to charge up.
If 20AH is the maximum the charger can sustain, the extra current needed by the bigger battery will overload and possibly damage it.
The battery will not be harmed though.
