we are using the internal RTC of LPC1768 micro controller. we have made the PCB design and the PCBs are working good. we are using it for some alarm systems. out of 100 the 10% of PCBs are not functioning with RTC. we are using the good quality crystals (32KHz with 1% tolerence ) and we found the crystals are good. Apart from RTC function all other functions are chip is working properly.
we requesting suggestions to solve the issue.
