Hi,
I have to design a 10W power supply to convert the 220V mains supply voltage to drive a piezoelectric actuator using half bridge topology.
310V DC link voltage will be switched at 72kHz and resulting square/trapezoidal wave will be applied to piezoelectric actuator at resonance.
I should be able to control the dead-time upto 10us for soft-switching, along with PFC, temperature and output voltage level control. PCB Size requirement is 5cmx 6cm.
Is there any half-bridge controller chip which can be connected with microcontroller to implement some algorithm?
I am looking for some solution similar to this;
**broken link removed**
Some people recommended to use TL494 with a microcontroller.

But I need more better control.
Waiting for the suggestions.
kind Regards
