Above is the process parameters. I need to design an opAmp but I have to know Un*Cox = Kp(Mobility) and Vth = Threshold voltage of the transistors. However, I have never seen these parameters before! So I am stuck!

I need your helps, which parameter is which in this model file? Thanks.
