Hello everybody,
Currently, I'm using mosfet nch_lvt, pch_lvt in my circuit. But, when I run the Monte Carlo simulation, mismatchs are quite large.
So, Can I improve it by using nch, pch? How dimensions of mosfet should I chose to decrease mismatch?
Thanks!

How about results when I change nch_lvt by nch? Are they better?

Don't know this design kit. Just try it! But I guess, normal Vt FETs might have lower mismatch than low Vt ones.

Is this just schematic simulation or extracted schematic?

Trying changing the number of fingers for your lvt devices. I've seen processes where it is better to have shorter, multiple fingers than one long device for the lvt transistors.
