Hi guys,

I have a homework to be done but I have no idea how to solve it. It is about semiconductors. For a given set of parameters: Ed = 80, Eg = 670, T=420 and c=100, I have to calculate : value of the Tempertaure parameter at which the same number of donor carriers will be created (after increasing the concentration of C donors).
Anyone can help me with it?
