best cnc machine for pcb fabrication

Friends please tell me any body I am starting the PCB fabrication industry single layer and double layer I want to purchase CNC machine for drill and routing purpose please tell me any body which one is best in low cost means 1500$ to 2500$
 

for drilling you can easily find cncs in this price range .
but the problem is routing , it would take ages to finish , because to acheive good resolution you have to use small milling bits <1mm , so removing the unnecessary copper will take hours . in addition, centering the PCB for the second layer is cumbersome ....

if you have money (10000$ or more ) check LFPK.com products , best of the best

or buy a photolethography machine (500$ max) and etch using acid , esaier , cheaper and faster
