cadence AMS Designer problem!

I have installed LDV5.1 and IC5.141,both tools can run well. But when i open cdsHierEditor,the plus-in menu AMS can not run and report "license not installed",so ,i wonder what component should AMS Designer including? How could i setup AMS Designer enviorement and start a mixed signal simulation including analog schematic ciecuit?
