Hi,
The sample rate of the song is 44.1kHz. When I playback it on my PC, what is the range of the rate? Is it within 0.2%. How does it work to guarantee the frequency offset?

Thanks!

Hi,

What do you mean with offset?

The output frequency usually is generated with a pll.
The frequency should be within 0.2% error.

To output the same 44.1kHz sampled data with a 48kHz rate you need a sample rate converter.
In professional audio equipment you have a sample rate converter IC (at least some years ago) in a PC it may be calculated with software.

You can also pitch the audio signal, then the audio signal is somehow "distorted", because all audio frequencies are shifted up or down.
