How to fix this:

*ERROR* Failed to find either 24-bit TrueColor or 8-bit PseudoColor Visual.
*WARNING* Failed to find either 24-bit TrueColor or 8-pbit PseudoColor Visual.

At least what software, and what circumstances.

I ant to connect it through putty by x11 forwarding, using xming and xming fonts through a remote connection.
