hybrid system fuel cell / Ultracapacitor

Hi every one !
I want to make a program using Fuel cell and ultracapacitor with a power of 500Kw. The problem is how to implent the fuel cell of simpower to be used with a converter Dc/Dc ( a mathematical model of converter) At the beginning i made a mathematical fuel cell program baut now i have to change it into the simpower one. I even changer the power into 50KW to be able to work with the 50KW
I want to make the fuel cell like the batterie model where the input is the current and the output is the voltage in order to command it with my power managment program which i already did for the batterie an the ultracap
