Which programmer tool is available to program MSP430F47197 Microcontroller from Texas Instruments?
 

Hello Ravi,

From data sheet :

Debugging and Programming Interface
-- MSP-FET430UIF (USB)
-- MSP-FET430PIF (Parallel Port)

Search on google will give you many DIY programming tools.
I don't have any experience with TI so cant give you any advice here.
