I need 32 channel adc

I am using atmega8 and I have finished the program. I have used 8 adc channel.
Now I would like to change mega8 with a micro-controller with 32 channel adc (I'm using codevision).
 

Hi,

It is a question of sampling rate per channel, resolution and if you need synchronous sampling.

Maybe some 4:1 or 8:1 multiplexers and the mega is sufficient.
