HI,
I am a final year electronics&communication engg student.i am doing a project on development of control system for bearing pressing machine using pic 16f877.please help me with the coding part for the following sequence of operation.Sequence Of Operation:
The operation involved in this pressing machine is explained in a sequential manner below.
Firstly,components are loaded into the bearing stand.
Then thecrankcase is placed in the fixture and the bearing is placed
over where it has to be pressed.
The press is operated by the two- hand push button.
When the two- hand push button is pressed simultaneously,the
Press is in its forward stroke and it presses the bearing into the crankcase.
Check for auto-on pre conditions:
• Check whether the cylinder is in home position.If so solenoid is energized otherwise an alarm is triggered.
• Cylinder down proximity is sensed.
Cylinder head bearing dwells for 3 seconds in down position.
When the push button is released the cylinder goes back to its original position and the finished job is left in the fixture.
The crankcase is manually removed by the operator from
the fixture.
