i can't able to measure collector current using ammeter is there anyway or any circuit to measure?
 

hi,
You know the value of the load resistor in the emitter, measure the voltage across the Load for Light and Dark currents.

I=V/R

If you want to measure the pulse currents use an oscilloscope.
