what is value of R??? COZ R1=470R
and based on what gave number to electronic component(R1 C1 L1 R2 C2 L2 etc)????? Transformerless-power-supply.JPG

No, R1=470K (kohm). R is unity multiplicator (ohm), e.g. R2 = 100 ohm.
Component reference numbers are assigned arbitrarily, e.g. left to right.
