beta effective =Un Cox (w/L) is it correct?
and how to change the value of Beff in cadence?

Hi

In most situations, we need to paly by using w/l of the MOS since it changes most of the parameter we want..so as erikl said, for designers, width and length is the main factor deciding the performance.

All performance measures can be determined by Width and length.
