if you really tweaked it up, maybe a 10 dB conversion loss. but it is not an optimal circuit--there is no idler frequency tuning for the 2nd harmonic
 

I don't think you need any more other data. The picture has all the information you need to build the circuit.
L1 and C1 tuned for input matching at 422MHz and C2 and C3 tuned at 1267MHz. C4 gives the bandwidth.
R1 help to bias the diode for various input levels.
