Can please any body can guide me for writing paper in International Journal of Electronics ? How to edit figures in it? Some papers contain borders for results some are border less. What should be there? The results should be surrounded by borders?

I do editing of my results in paint and then paste in my word document. The image is blurred a bit. What can be done to remove blurring?

The indentations for the word format is not clearly given in the reference template. Please guide me.

Paint is merely a basic graphics editing program that comes with Windows. You really need higher quality software, if you wish to make diagrams that appear professional.

I think I have seen text become blurry and fringed with colors in Paint, after I create it and then try to manipulate it (example, enlarge it).

There are tricks you might develop, which allow you to perform higher functions in Paint, but they are likely to take up your time.
