Dear All

I need Solutions And tool For Installation A software On This Eprom Part Number is
M27C512 / M27C256B , Already I had Software in aprogramming source " .mot " extension
and i need to Load This Source On Eprom , is this available ? and what the tools help me for that ???

What's your EPROM programmer? Many programmer softwares can read mot (Motorola hex) files, if your's can't you will surely find a converter tool on the net.
 

I think most Motorola files use 'S' format which should be easy to convert. Venom1568, can you post a few lines of the file for us to see. Please don't post the whole thing it might be too big! Most EPROM files are text so you can probably open it in a text editor and extract a few lines for us.

Dear Check , This part number is two type of eprom Which run on I/O and Display module the files is containing new software for new version of application which run on machine i mean " Operations " so i have Null Eproms same # part number which find on machine IO board & lcd display module and i need to install this copy this software on this eprom is that available ? and if ok what the tools and u think this tool is ok Minipro

As I suspected, that is Motorola 'S' format.

The TL866CS should be OK although it doesn't mention the 27C256 in the compatibility list. It is a common part though so I would be suprised if it didn't program it. I can't find any information about whether it accepts 'S' format data, it may only support the more common Intel formats. The two are not compatible but they contain the same information so it should be easy to convert your files to Intel format if that's what it needs.
